How do you actually run accountability inside a growing team?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, we have a check-in meeting. It can be 5 or 10 minutes. Everyone — sales to operations, every state lead — shares what they got done. 'I onboarded this many farmers, this many agents.' If one agent onboarded five new agents and ten farmers, and another didn't, he's not coming to Wednesday's check-in with nothing to say. We're seeing the data. Recently we made sure the engineering guys go out to the field too — so they appreciate what everyone else's work actually looks like.
